Return Policy
Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 30 days return period for the product. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Customer Service or request online. CX-Garage will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which return products must be received. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued.
Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to CX-Garage. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment.
Original Shipping and Handling Fees of the product are NOT refundable, In all circumstances
CX-Garage does NOT charge restocking fees for returns of defective products. If you have received the wrong product or it doesn't match what was shown on our site or we have made some other shipping error, there will be NO restocking fee and NO charge for a return label, provided the item is within its return policy period.
CX-Garage will assess a 15% restocking fee against the customer's account for the items listed below:
- Non-defective items that are returned opened and within the item's return policy period
- Non-defective special orders or custom-built items within the return policy period
Returns received in any of the following conditions may be rejected
- Items not in original condition, damaged, missing accessories, retail box, or showing obvious misuse not due to CX-Garage error
- Physical user damage
